slow elevatorstreet noise

The elevator was slow and seemed unreliable. It was repaired but it was still a bit unnerving to use. the room faced the street and the noise was noticeable, especially late at night. It was hard to sleep. Perhaps rooms facing the courtyard would be quieter, or maybe the windows need better soundproofing.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. They were fluent in English, useful. The location worked well for using various Metros. I could easily reach places such as Orangerie and the Louvre.

The room windows lacked soundproofing. I could hear everything happening in the street below. The noise made it difficult to sleep properly.
